2. What the site offers

Free calculators and guides for barbecue, smoking and cooking meat. You don't need an account and we don't charge for them. We may add, change or remove calculators at any time.

3. Food safety and the limits of our calculators

Our results are estimates for general information. Cooking and thawing times depend on your equipment, the cut, its starting temperature and many other factors. Always check doneness with a food thermometer and follow official food safety guidance, such as the USDA safe minimum internal temperatures.

The site is not a substitute for professional advice. If you cook for people at higher risk (pregnant women, young children, older adults or people with weakened immune systems), follow the advice of your health authority.

4. Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, access areas that are not public, introduce malicious code or copy its content in bulk by automated means.
